In Serbia, the climate is moderately continental, with cold winters and hot summers. The amount of sunshine in Belgrade is good from May to September, while it’s poor or mediocre from November to January, when gray skies predominate.

Republic of Serbia is a continental country, located in the south-eastern part of Europe and in the very

middle of the Balkan peninsula. With its northern part, so called Pannonian basin, Serbia also belongs to the

central Europe region, and with our southern part, we both geographically and climate wise belong to Mediterranean countries.
